city crew cleared city drain up the street from my house and now my house has water backing up and not draining out when using the toilet or shower.

We have a storm drain (I assume that's what you call an outside drain that empties at the street) that's long overdue for being cleaned. It has roots growing through it and is almost completely blocked. It's a long drain, running from neat the back of our property to the curb. How much to clean it?
